| This was a design-build project. The owner wanted to make an attractive general office space for a future tenant. We put together three design options after several meetings with the owner and came up with what most made sense for the project. The result was a condo unit with 6 general offices, 2 premium offices, a conference room, work room, two ADA bathrooms, reception area and kitchen/break room. |
